I. Company Information. ApplyToRefinance.com uses one of the foremost online loan applications to locate a lender and/or broker who will best help meet your financial needs. There is a multitude of participating lenders and brokers nationwide that ApplyToRefinance.com has already networked to save you time and money.

II. Personal Data We Collect. There are several sections on the ApplyToRefinance.com site where you will be asked to enter both personal and non-personal information. We DO NOT sell or share any personal information with any person or organization, except our participating lenders and/or brokers, as authorized by you, or in the event it should be required by law or court order. A. Personal data we collect from you on our online applications. When you come to a ApplyToRefinance.com site to complete an application you'll need to provide personal and financial information for example, your name, phone number, e-mail address, and income.

B. Information given from the “mortgage tools” section of our site. ApplyToRefinance.com makes several resources available to you in order to help you complete our online application. One of these resources is the “loan tools” section of our site. We do not collect any personal data that you input into to any of the “loan tools” on our site. The “loan tools” are provided for aiding you and your informational purposes only.

C. Log Files As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. IP addresses are tied to personally identifiable information to keep records of where users have input said personal information on the chance a situation comes about of identity theft, we can then take the IP address and locate from where the violation originated. The application that you fill out is not a loan. Your information is confidential and you are under no obligation to accept any offers made by any of our networked lenders and/or brokers.

A. Sharing personal information with our participating lenders and/or brokers. When you click on the "Submit" button, you have directed us to use the information that you provided to us on the application. We will send your application through the ApplyToRefinance.com network and it will be presented to up to four of our participating lenders and/or brokers who offer the types of products (refinance loan, home equity loan etc.) you have applied for. We recommend that you contact them directly once they have contacted you for more information about their specific privacy policies.

B. Sharing personal information with third parties. We do not share any of your personal and financial information with third parties outside of the ApplyToRefinance.com network of lenders and/or brokers.

IV. Altering personal information you submit through an ApplyToRefinance.com web site.

A. Altering your personal information. You have the ability to change your personal information before you click the “submit” button. Once your information has been submitted it will be provided to up to four participating lenders and/or brokers in the ApplyToRefinance.com national network. You may contact these lenders and/or brokers directly once they have contacted you to issue any changes to your personal information.

B. Security. ApplyToRefinance.com sites have taken all necessary security measures to protect the loss, misuse and/or alteration of the personal information in our possession. We use 128-bit encryption provided via a Starfield Technologies SSL certificate, which keeps all personal information encrypted for your security. Also as stated above in Section 2 item C, we collect the user IP address and time/date stamp upon application completion in order to keep a precise record of where and when applications are submitted.
