Your online loan request will be forwarded to Lenders and/or Brokers in the Apply2Refi Lender Network (up to four Lenders and/or Brokers), and these Lenders and/or Brokers may make certain disclosures to you.
These upfront disclosures, which are required by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), and certain other federal and state laws, include details on all of your costs and fees incurred in funding your loan, along with an itemization of the components that make up your specific loan.
Since Apply to Refinance is neither a lender, nor a broker, any offers provided to you from the companies in the Apply2Refi Lender Network have no reflection on Apply to Refinance.
We do not fund loans, nor do we offer them. We do not guarantee any offers from the companies in our network.
Once you apply online and your information is received by up to 4 Lenders and/or Brokers, the process of designing, qualifying, and funding of your loan is between you and that company.
Apply to Refinance can not be held liable for any quotes, guarantees, or promises made by another company.
